A letter to the World: A Walk through Daniel 1-6. Sunday mornings from 8:30-9:30.
The story of Daniel is one many of us have heard before, but there is so much more to this book than just fun stories for Sunday school. It’s a story of God’s amazing power and love for his people and for the entire world. Daniel begins at the height of Israelite hopelessness. Jerusalem has just been destroyed and the temple burned. Many Jews, including Daniel himself, have been taken captive and are living in Babylon under the thumb of a madman. The future seems bleak, God’s experiment with a chosen people seems to be at an end… until God shocks everyone.
Join us in the Connections Room on the following Sundays: June 4, June 11, July 9, 16, 30, August 6, 13.
