Luke 10:25-37

Last week, we looked at the “hiddenness” of Christian service, and this week, we shift to the idea of “availability.” For busy people, service often gets postponed until something can be scheduled that takes as little time and effort as possible. In the familiar story of The Good Samaritan, we are reminded what it means to be the kind of neighbor that God calls us to be: interruptible, intentional, and generous.
