James 2:1-13, 5:1-6

When a plane comes in for a landing, the best you can hope for is a smooth and gentle end to your travels. However, James decides on a different approach because he doesn’t want you to forget what he has to say. So get ready for a bumpy landing! In our passages for this week, James calls out sinful behavior, warns his readers of what might await them, and calls them to be better. While he is a bit heavy-handed at times, James also makes time for a word or two on grace as well.
